This letter was from the CPN to Social Work and the Surgery.
"....She has a number of physical ailments which I don't think would restrict her from benefitting from some sort of social stimulation in the form of day care. You may also want to consider discussing the possibility of respite care with her and her son.
The appropriate allowances are in place. My impression is that Mr. Stewart is a well informed and dedicated carer but I think he may benefit from an opportunity to have some time to himself."
